Cooking Wild Game 101

Cooking Wild game is no more difficult than cooking with normal meats from the grocery store or your local meat market.

The only thing that needs to be considered is the natural flavor of the game you are cooking. For example, venison has a wild flavor that some diners do not like.....

Wild flavors in game can be masked or removed in several different ways.

I usually choose to do it with herbs and spices. What do you do?
